This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Cancellation Policy”) is incorporated into the BizziEvents Services Agreement (BSA) applicable to use of the Services and the Platform. You may not use any Services if you do not agree to this Policy.
BizziEvents is designed to connect corporate Event Planners with Vendors for the purpose of booking a service.
When a Vendor cancels a booking , Clients’ events and plans can be severely impacted and may require intensive logistical support to resolve. This may cost the Event Planner significant funds.
When an Event Planner cancels a booking, a number of things may occur. The Vendor may have already rostered staff, which they may need to pay minimum working hours. The Vendor may have arranged catering or other services for your Guests. The Vendor may not be able to replace the Cancelled Booking and may be significantly out of pocket. This may cost the Vendor significant funds.
BizziEvents acts as a conduit to source Vendors. We are not able to check the validity and accuracy of all listings and the onus is on the Event Planner to ensure the Vendor is able to accurately service their booking requirements.
All bookings are subject to the Vendors cancellation policies.
BizziEvents shall not be held liable for any cancelled events, whether by Event Planners or Vendors, however we reserve the right to remove either party from the platform were repeat cancellations to occur.
We reserve the right to amend this Cancellation Policy for any reason, at any time by posting an updated version to our website as provided in the BizziEvents Services Agreement.
Vendor Services must be cancelled by contacting the Vendor directly and according to their cancellation policies.
BizziEvents Silver and Platinum Services are governed through the BizziEvents Service Agreement.
