Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach Corporate Event Venue Overview
The Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach is one of the premier conference venues south of Sydney, boasting eleven contemporary function spaces for meetings and larger events within a resort-style setting directly across from the white sand and blue waters of Brighton-le-Sands.
Located five minutes from Sydney Airport’s domestic area, the Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach is immensely popular with general meetings, presentations, exhibitions, and training sessions.In fact, the four and a half star hotel even has a dedicated conference floor within its grounds.
Aside from corporate events however, the Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach is popular with weddings and gala dinners - which is frankly unsurprising, given the professional event coordinators, and sweeping beachside views available.
The Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach is located along the Grand Parade in Brighton-le-Sands, on the corner of Bay Street. In other words, this is a prime beachside address, looking out onto the water and the sand directly across the road. The Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach is about 20 minutes’ drive south of Sydney proper.

The hotel is currently under partial refurbishment including temporary closure of some facilities. The refurbishment occasionally does include noisy works during the day. We are delighted to have reopened our buffet breakfast, Hotel Bar, indoor , outdoor pools and Gym. We anticipate the disruption to be minimal and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

The Supply Room is one of three flexible meeting rooms located on the east side of Level 2.
Well suited to board meetings, training sessions, break out rooms and intimate dining experiences.
BOUNTY ROOM
The Bounty Room is one of three flexible meeting rooms located on the east side of Level 2.
Well suited to board meetings, training sessions, break out rooms and intimate dining experiences.
DISCOVERY ROOM
The Discovery Room is one of three flexible meeting rooms located on the east side of Level 2.
Well suited to board meetings, training sessions, break out rooms and intimate dining experiences.
SIRIUS ROOM
The Sirius Room is located on Level 2, overlooking a spacious foyer and staircase to the hotel lobby.
Level 2 is accessible by four elevators and a grand staircase.
This room is pillarless and can also be divided into two rooms - Sirius 1 and Sirius 2.
A great, private room that is close by to hotel lifts and suited to meetings, training, seminars and smaller private dining events.
LA PEROUSE ROOM
The La Perouse Room is one of the most popular room due to the large windows overlooking Bay Street flooding the room with natural light, as well as a large and private foyer space. The room is also close proximity to ladies, gents and accessible bathrooms.
Located on Level 2, the room can also be divided into two small rooms, La Perouse Room 1 & 2.
This room is popular as an exhibtion space along with meetings, training and priviate dining.
ENDEAVOUR BALLROOM
The Endeavour Ballroom is the hotels premium event space, located on Level 2 and surrounded by a spacious foyer, flooded with natural light.
Level 2 is accessible by four elevators and a grand staircase, well suited to event photography and group photos.
The room can be easily divided into up to three sections, creating space for smaller meetings and break out rooms, none of which are obstructed by pillars.
The Endeavour Ballroom is suited to events such as conferences, trade shows, gala dinners, AGM's and social functions such as weddings and birthday celebrations.
