GRAND BALLROOM
As grand as its name, the Grand Ballroom boasts high ceilings, is pillarless and has limitless opportunities for theming and styling. The perfect pick for large meetings and gala dinners. This room has a direct link to our hoist offering vehicle access onto the event floor, and can be divided into three sections for smaller meetings and break out sessions.
Extensive gallery space adjoining the room for catering breaks, networking drinks and exhibtions.
THE DECK
Overlooking the Pacific Ocean and offering breathtaking panoramic views of the escarpment, The Deck is the ideal choice to add an outdoor element to your meeting or event.
The Deck offers a retractable roof and walls with protection from the elements, and includes the Illawarra Room in case of inclement weather.
Featuring private restrooms and easy access, The Deck capabilities are only limited by your imagination.
ILLAWARRA ROOM
The Illawarra Room is a flexible space saturated with natural light and ocean views, and overlooking The Deck.
The Illawarra Room can split into three smaller rooms for intimate events or open as one for a larger meeting, event or social function. Bi-folding doors onto The Deck slide open to create a larger indoor/outdoor space.
The foyer space features an elegant area for coffee breaks and network drinks, with a central bar and Novotel Cafe corner within easy access.
PACIFIC ROOM
The Pacific Rooms boast spectacular ocean views and an abundance of natural light. The Pacific Room is a flexible space with the ability to divide into 1, 2 or 3 rooms.
Ideal for board meetings, training sessions, break out rooms and social occasions.
Extensive gallery space just outside the room, perfect for morning and afternoon tea breaks.
NORFOLK ROOM
Featuring spectacular views that span from Northbeach and the Pacific Ocean across to the Wollongong Harbour and offering an abundance of natural light. The Norfolk Room can be open as 1 large space or divided into 2 different sized rooms.
The Norfolk Room takes it's name from the Norfolk Palm Trees that provide a scenic, green outlook.
ADMIRALS ROOM
A private and exclusive space, the Admirals Room looks out onto North Bar and features a covered terrace and floor to ceiling windows to admire the direct ocean views.
Admirals is a popular option for special occasions, lunch or dinner functions and self contained meetings and conferences.
The room also offers private restroom facilities and easy access to Palisade Kitchen & Bar, and the hotel foyer.
EXECUTIVE BOARDROOM
The Executive Boardroom overlooks Adrift Pool Bar, and has panoramic views of the Ocean and Escarpment.
Ideal for executive board meetings, training sessions or breakout spaces.
Easy access to guest elevators, restrooms and Novotel Cafe coffee corner.
PALMVIEW ROOM
Our newest meeting space overlooking Adrift boasting natural light and true to it's name, a tropical outlook over the palms towards the Pacific Ocean.
A great option for a private meeting, training or a dinner. Also popular with sportings teams and entertainment groups.
