Our meeting room offers plenty of natural light as well as views of the Royal Botanic Gardens across the street.
The setup is fully flexible, seating 12 people comfortably in a boardroom style or 24 people in a theatre setup. Our concierge is always happy to discuss other setups that would suit your requirements.
The room comes with a 75" screen with high-tech video conferencing capabilities including hypersensitive ceiling microphones and full HD cameras.
Guests are also welcome to bring their own devices to share content through Clickshare technology or HDMI/USB connectivity.

Meeting Room 2
This meeting room can seat up to 12 people comfortably in a boardroom setup, and up to 24 in a theatre setup. It offers plenty of natural light and is thoughtfully designed.
We are able to provide you with the best technology solutions, IT support, and a friendly concierge team to help you get the most out of your meeting.

24-48 Person FlexSpot
This FlexSpot is able to accommodate 24 people in a boardroom style or 48 people in an auditorium style. We will also be more than happy to discuss other setups that would suit your individual needs.
The space features modern interiors, is full of natural light and offers beautiful views of the peaceful Royal Botanic Gardens situated across the street.
The room comes with two 75" LED full HD screens which can be synced to display the same content. Each screen is equipped with high tech video conferencing capabilities including hypersensitive ceiling-mounted microphones and full HD cameras.
We also welcome you to bring your own devices and share content via Clickshare technology or HDMI/USB.
