A 100+-year-old pub located just outside of Newtown, located within the White Horse Hotel. Unrenovated on the outside but beautifully done up on the inside.
With our history of live music (formerly owned and ran the Annandale Hotel) we host live music each weekend in the main function space inside that holds between 200 people (full venue cap 350
Meeting Rooms and Event Spaces
The pub is huge and has many other amazing function spaces including our:
- Main dining/drinking area that has both movable dining tables & seats plus booth seating. It also features a service window connected to our kitchen area - 60-80 pax
- Greenhouse laneway entrance that can double as an outdoor seating space or DJ space - 30-50 pax
- Old English style main bar area - 50 -70 pax
- Outdoor green space & Garden Bar - 80 - 100 pax
- Functional Kitchen Space featuring Fridges, sinks, ovens, fryers & service window to the main seating area (daily/short or long term hire usage available)
The Space operates 2-4 days a week with music, DJ & community events.
Generally full venue hire on Thurs - Sun the minimum bar spend needs to be (staff, security & cleaning covered): $10,000
If your event doesn't meet that spend you will need to pay the remaining costs.
Can also be perfect to use for filming, photoshoots, workshops, seminars, art shows, ghost kitchen & more.
