Our Large Event and Meeting Space on Level 1 is ideal for hackathons, workshops andlarger events of up to 120 pax. Staffing Options
As part of our inclusive event service, we welcome you to choose one of the following staffing options:
Self-Managed Event*
Inclusive of Space Hire Only, and only available for up to 60 pax.
You will be required to complete an event process induction at your chosen eventsite prior to the event date, so you can seamlessly manage the space during yourevent. With a self managed event you will be responsible for the preparation of the eventspace in your chosen configuration, pre-event set up and ensuring the space isreturned to its pre-event configuration post event. You will also be responsible inensuring the space is clean and all rubbish is taken the designated disposal area.
Dedicated Onsite Assistant
We’ll arrange an event assistant to be onsite during your event, available to youfor a minimum of 3 hours at the minimum cost of $150 + GST. Hours additional tothe 3 hours can be added and are charged at $50 + GST per hour.
