Duxton 1
Located on the lower lobby level, which is a dedicated function floor, Duxton 1 is the hotel’s second largest function room, making it perfect for medium-sized events. With two separate entrances leading off the spacious floor with a floor space of 195 square metres, Duxton 1 is the ideal venue for 100 people banquet style or 160 people theatre style. Duxton 1 is also in close proximity to the other conference rooms, making it an ideal for breakout sessions for large conferences.
Wireless and wired internet is also available.
Duxton 2
Located on the lower lobby, Duxton 2 is positioned in a quiet corner away from the lifts and stairs. To enhance your presentation, access to a drop down screen and ceiling mounted projector is available. With a small pre-function area, leading down to the main floor space, Duxton 2 is the ideal venue for 60 people Banquet style or 80 people Theatre Style.
With its prime location on the lower lobby, Duxton 1 is adjacent to the other function rooms and the central lower lobby could be used for registration, break out, breakfast or lunch and pre & post drinks and canapés.
Electronic signage directs delegates to your function room, and wireless and wired internet is available.
Duxton 3 and 4 at the Duxton Hotel Perth
Located on the function dedicated lower lobby level, Duxton 3 & 4 are located adjacent to each other and well suited for a 25 person classroom or 50 person banquets. Both rooms are of a similar size and well suited for 25 people U shaped or classroom style and 50 people banquet style each.
Electronic signage directs delegates to your function room. Each room has a drop down screen and ceiling mounted data projected with wireless and wired internet access available.
Duxton 5 & the Boardroom
Boardroom style meetings, interviews and presentations are catered for in these two intimate rooms situated closely to the hotels business centre which provides secretarial facilities and a full range of office services.
With high back executive chairs, Duxton 5 seats 5 and The Boardroom seats 6, each featuring a wall mounted plasma screen which can be hired. Electronic signage directs delegates to your function room and wireless and wired internet is available.
The Ballroom
The elegant ballroom, the largest function room, is panelled in handcrafted timbers and feature full length French doors with views of the magnificent pool & fountain. The pillar-less room can be divided into two with access ways that allow efficient and discreet service to either room. The entrance from the stunning lobby area sets the scene for this impressive venue perfect for any large event. Installed audio visual equipment such as the two 10’ screens and high definition projectors or a PA system can be hired through our on-site audio visual supplier, Encore Event Technologies.
