The Meeting Space
The Meeting Space is a dedicated boardroom meeting room, located on the ground floor with easy access from the main hotel lobby. This intimate room at 24sqm is set with a large board table allowing up to 10 guests to meet. Hire of this space includes WIFI access, wall mounted TV screen with HDMI connection & a conference phone.
The Langley Room
The Langley Room is located on the ground floor of the hotel, with easy access off the main lobby area. Featuring a dedicated catering buffet at the back of the room and its own private bathroom facilities, this self-contained meeting space is perfect for your next conference. Seating capacity for 40 guests in cabaret, 24 guests in u-shape or 60 guests in theatre style.
The Boardroom
The Boardroom is the perfect meeting room for small to medium size conferences, used as a breakout area, and for intimate social gatherings. Featuring ample natural light and a dedicated catering area at the rear of the room.
The Silver Room is one of our most popular event spaces. Located on the mezzanine level of the hotel, this stand-alone meeting room features natural day light, is entirely pillarless, and has a 4.5m ceiling height. Ideal for seminars, conferences, and a variety of social gatherings.
Ballroom North
Ballroom North is one half of the hotels premium event space, The Riverside Ballroom. This event space is located on the mezzanine level of the hotel, is completely pillarless and has a total floor space of 180m2.
Ballroom South is the other half of the hotels premium event space, The Riverside Ballroom. This event space is located on the mezzanine level of the hotel, is pillarless and features two mounted data projectors and AV screens. Perfect for your plenary meeting rooms, seminars, product displays and more.
The Riverside Ballroom
The Riverside Ballroom is the hotels most premium event space. This private room is 476sqm, located on the mezzanine level of the hotel, is completely pillarless and features four ceiling-mounted data projectors.
The Riverside Ballroom can be divided into Ballroom South & North, by a floor-to-ceiling partition wall.
